COMMUNITY CENTER
WHAT WE DO
The Loudoun Pride Community Center is a dream, first announced in 2022, that would mirror successful LGBTQ+ facilities across the nation. Equality Loudoun envisions partnering to create a true Community Center where people could gather to find community and everything else they need- an affirming library, an LGBTQ+ specializing doctor and mental health, a temporary housing shelter, a meeting space, an employment resource center, and more. We are working to launch the Center by 2027.
CREATING A
SAFE SPACE
The community center will provide a space where local LGBTQ+ community members and their allies can gather in a safe and affirming environment. There will be spaces available to form fellowship and strengthen community. There will also be services available, provided by partners and individuals who affirm and support the LGBTQ+ community.
