Mon. June 23 through Fri. June 27 (10-3, except Fri is 10-7) | St. Thomas Parish (Mon-Thu), Clarendon United Methodist (Fri)
GenOUT Youth Chorus - the DC area's only vocal ensemble for LGBTQ+ and allied youth - hosts its 2025 summer camp June 23-27. The week of activities includes singing, choreography, outdoor activities, presentations and discussions on LGBTQ+ history, a field trip, and a finale concert (at Clarendon United Methodist Church). Open to MS & HS youth ages 13-18. This is a great opportunity to find and build community with other youth who like to sing and are passionate about social justice. Cost is $100, but if you register by June 1, it’s half-off ($50). Schedule: Mon-Tue + Thu (10-3), Wed (field trip day), Fri (10-7). To register, e-mail GenOUT Director Paul Heins at cpheins@gmcw.org.
