VENDOR BENEFITS: All non-profits, vendors, and sponsors shall receive a dedicated 10' x 10' area to set up their own displays, included in our social media marketing, their name, website, and description added to our festival web page. Each approved applicant shall be provided the listed number of complimentary vendor passes for their staff-use only of and complimentary event tickets for any usage, including giveaways and raffles.

ADVERTISED PARTNERS: All sponsors shall have their graphics included in online sponsor media, to include social media, digital graphics, and digital advertising. *Diamond, Gold, and Silver sponsors shall be included in the event poster, print-media ads, and exclusive digital ads. Additionally, all sponsors shall have the opportunity to join the Equality Allies program at no cost (EqualityAllies.org). After April 1, we cannot guarantee sponsors will be included in printed materials, such as maps, posters, or banners.

ON-SITE BANNERS: Premium sponsor levels shall be included, by size, in event banners, stage banners, and other on-site advertising. *Diamond and Gold sponsors shall be included in day-of marketing emails, digital maps, and select additional banners. After April 1, we cannot guarantee sponsors will be included in printed materials, such as maps, posters, or banners.

FEATURED BOOTH: Diamond and Gold sponsors shall receive a designated booth adjacent to our Rainbow (main) stage, complete with a tent, table, tablecloth, and chairs set up prior to your arrival. Your vendors (pass required) shall also have access to our volunteer refreshment station and premier bathrooms.
