Loudoun Pride tickets can be purchased here. With each ticket, you have free reign to enjoy all the musical performances, participate in a bunch of free activities, and explore the festival grounds at no cost. You will receive a wristband upon checking in to allow for re-entry. Food, drink, private vendor activities, and merchandise may be available at additional cost. Tickets may not be available at the door as ticket sales are limited to comply with our venue's requirements. Tickets will only be available electronically.  While we understand many Pride events may be free, we are offering an event that is part music festival, part-vendor fair, and part-foodie paradise with tons of free activities and so much more for the first time in Loudoun County and on the largest scale ever done in Northern Virginia. We hope you'll join us!

Pets and other animals are not allowed at Claude Moore Park unless they are identifiable service animals, on leash, with proper registration.

The event will be held, rain or shine, on Sunday, June 26, from 1-8 p.m. at Claude Moore Park in Sterling, VA. Activities, vendors, and food will be available from 1-7 p.m. Musical acts shall perform according to the schedule available here. Activities, musical acts, and offerings may vary from those advertised without notice. Special accommodations should be directed to our event staff. At this time, we do not expect to be able to provide access to hearing or vision impaired services. ADA-access is limited as our venue consists of parking lots, event fields, slopes, and other terrain types that may not be suitable for all people. We will do our best to accommodate any requests we can.

Loudoun Pride will go on, rain or shine. We are making every effort to have shade areas and water stations, however, at this time of year there is risk of heat illness and attendees should prepare to bring or purchase adequate water, avoid over-indulging in alcohol, dress appropriately, wear sunscreen, and plan accordingly. In the event of lightning or thunder on site, all participants will be required to shelter indoors for 30 minutes until after the last occurrence. You will be able to reenter after weather has passed.

Limited emergency services will be available for minor first aid. In the case of an emergency, you can find a volunteer who can radio for help or locate a member of our Emergency Services Team. To maintain the safety of all our event attendees, we are partnering with the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office and a private security team to ensure everyone can enjoy the day in an affirming, safe, and accepting place.

Portable and ADA-compliant restrooms will be located throughout the festival as well as hand-washing stations.

If a child or person in your party gets lost please approach a volunteer immediately. Volunteers will have access to persons with radios, who can get you help right away. If a missing child is found, they will be brought to the Organizer's Tent.

Loudoun Pride is intended to be a family friendly event that welcomes, celebrates, and affirms all in a positive way! Accordingly, any attempts to detract from the event to include loud and obnoxious behavior, protesting, amplified voice or sound devices, anti-LGBTQ messaging or signs, aggressive behavior, fighting, damaging personal property, harming the event venue, interfering with staff or volunteers, interfering with vendors or performers, accessing restricted areas, openly intoxicated behavior, or language that detracts from the event in any manner is grounds for immediate removal. Removal from the event, without a refund, may be decided at the sole discretion of event leadership for any reason, without prior warning or notice. We hope you understand these terms and conditions as we strive to make Loudoun Pride the biggest, brightest, and boldest festival in the Northern Virginia region!

Special photographers and videographers have been hired by festival organizers to document the event. Some images may be used in later promotional materials. Your presence at the event is seen as your permission for such promotional use by the non-profit organizers. Outside of official photography, which shall be identified as staff, attendees should not take pictures of other attendees when asked not to.
