Come join a support group for anyone that identifies on the trans masculine sphere (agender, nonbinary, etc included). We'll discuss the tougher questions that come with being and identifying as trans in today's world.

Our Equality Seminars are an introduction to the world of LGBTQ+ terminology, inclusive practices, and understanding. Our team works to explain the difference between gender identity, expression, attraction and sex.

Our Board of Directors meet to discuss the long-term strategy and objectives of Equality Loudoun. Members of the LGBTQIA+ community and guests are allowed on an invite-only basis.

We are uniting people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and beyond in the LGBTQIA+ rainbow in Loudoun County with families, friends, and allies. PFLAG is committed to advancing equality through its mission of support, education, and advocacy.
