OUR REVIEW
As an early adopter of the Equality Allies program, Bow Tie Strategies demonstrates a commitment to the ideals of diversity, inclusion, and equality. With a thorough review of their business activities, we found no history of discriminatory practices or exclusive reviews. They were one of the largest sponsors of the inaugural Loudoun Pride Festival and helped make that beloved event a new annual celebration!

Answer: Our staff and space are generally friendly, non-hostile, and open to all people, but nothing LGBTQ+ specific.

Answer: We hire the most qualified person for any position regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, etc.

Answer: My company is accepting of all. If there is an instance of not feeling safe, then we address each issue.
