Hinz Consulting is a proposal, capture, and business development consulting firm. We help customers, including Fortune 100 clients, win Government contracts in every market.

Answer: Most of our employees come from employee referrals and hiring managers have training on inclusive language to use in interviews. This ensures our employees are already a part of our Hinz culture and are accepting of the many LGBTQ+ employees on our team.


Question: What are you doing to make your business a safe space in the community for LGBTQ+ people?

Answer: We invite everyone's family to events and encourage everybody to come, no matter what their family looks like. We create a safe and welcoming environment in our company.
