Premier Home Center is a remodeling firm serving the entire Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. We have been crafting distinctive living spaces in the area since 2008, blending refined design with skilled craftsmanship. Our showroom in Sterling, Virginia, is a treasure trove of premium materials, from exquisite hardware and flooring to timeless tile, countertops, and cabinetry.

Answer: We are implementing this training as part of our new training program.

Answer: We have a general anti-discrimination clause that covers LGBTQ and other marginalized groups.

Answer: Our staff and space are generally friendly, non-hostile, and open to all people, but nothing LGBTQ+ specific.

Answer: We participated at the Loudoun Pride event in May 2025

Answer: We create a kind and welcoming environment where everyone feels respected and valued. While we don’t have formal diversity programs, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply and are committed to hiring based on skills, character, and fit with our team.

Answer: We have all gender bathrooms and allow customers/employees to provide/change their information in an easy and confidential manner.
