Williams Gap Vineyard is a family owned & LGBTQ+ owned vineyard in Round Hill, VA. We offer wine by the glass, bottle, self-guided flight and guided tasting, as well as a full food menu. Answer: We have year-round shows of support that are specifically affirming or positive for the LGBTQ+ community.

Question: How do you make sure you are employing a diverse group of people that are qualified for the job?
Answer: We are lesbian owned and managed. All are welcomed and encouraged to apply for open positions. About 50% of our staff are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
Question: What are you doing to make your business a safe space in the community for LGBTQ+ people?
Answer: With half of our team being a part of the LGBTQ+ community, efforts are not necessarily made to TRY and create a queer-inclusive business space. It feels like we just ARE.
Question: Do you provide all-gendered/non-gendered/unisex restrooms or have a trans-inclusive bathroom policy at your place of business?
Answer: We do have gender neutral restrooms and customers/employees can change their info easily and confidentially.
