Sam has taken her extensive career as a social worker and progressively channeled it into a passion for and career in leadership, social justice and public policy so she may be in the best position possible to advocate for more effective social policies and human service systems. Matthew Charlesworth is a Native to Loudoun County. growing up in Sterling, VA and graduated from Potomac Falls.
